I have been a professional photographer since 1980. My background is in advertising design, but I quickly found that sitting at a desk was not for me. I am very passionate about photography in general and I feel it shows in my work. I bring energy , passion and creativity to every shoot in order to pursue the best images for my client.

My professional background includes graphic design, art direction, and photography, working mostly in entertainment advertising. My true love is photography, and for the last 10 years, that’s where my focus (sorry, old joke) has been. Photographing concerts and other live events has trained me to quickly recognize and shoot a special moment as it unfolds. I strive to capture the spirit of that moment by balancing the visual elements of a scene with the unseen energy and attitude that is being felt.
